Some members experienced problems depositing cheques, but this has now been sorted.

Thanks for giving us the time to fix this - now you should be able to deposit cheques as usual.

Our partner is experiencing an outage affecting some of our services, including depositing cheques.

All deposits made on Monday (19 January) should be paid today. If you've made a deposit on Tuesday (20 January) between 13:30 - 19:00 or today (21 January), this could be paid with a one-day delay.

If you've made a deposit and you don't see it on your timeline, please don't repeat it.
